File Transfer Protocol or FTP is the Internet standard high-level protocol for transferring files from one computer to another
across a network. Anonymous FTP is the procedure of connecting to a remote computer, as an
anonymous or guest user, in order to transfer public files to a local computer.
- To run the program, double click on the CuteFTP icon found in the SSCApps folder.
- To run the UNIX version of FTP, type
"ftp [remote_host.domain.name]" at the UNIX prompt.
